Across aviation, technology, people science, and early-stage startup environments, Pierrette has built experience in roles ranging from check-in operations and front-desk support to account management and communications. While the industries and responsibilities have varied, one thread has remained constant: working with people, understanding their needs, solving problems, and creating positive experiences through clear and thoughtful communication.

These experiences have given Pierrette a broad perspective on how organizations operate and how strong relationships are built whether with clients, colleagues, or stakeholders. Working across different cultures, industries, and fast-moving environments has also developed a natural ability to adapt, communicate clearly, and bring structure to changing situations.

Pierrette holds a First-Class Honours Bachelor’s degree in Languages for Global Communication (International Studies) from Coventry University, and is commencing an Executive Education course in Leadership Presence & Change Management at Cambridge Judge Business School, in September 2026.
